We will celebrate Al-Anon’s 75th birthday and the 24th anniversary of District 14 having a speaker meeting. We are bringing in Gordy B. from Kent, WA, as a circuit speaker. He will also conduct a workshop in the afternoon from 2-5 on the topic of “When I Got Busy, I Got Better.” All this is happening at John Muir Walnut Creek. Those who want to are invited to go to dinner (no host) with the speaker between the workshop and the speaker meeting. See flyer.

Options for Training to be involved in Alateen
Alateen cannot meet without Al-Anon Members Involved in Alateen Service (AMIASes).
To be certified, one must get B-17 training, which can be given within a District (flyer here), on Zoom from the Area Alateen Process Person (annually early in the year), or at the Sponsors R&R, an annual event held in Occidental (flyer here in English and here in Spanish).
One also needs fingerprinting and an application filed with your District Alateen Process Person. Contact our District Representative for the process.

Share experience, strength, and hope in Alateen Service. B-17 Training, speakers, workshops, love bags, and crafts.
All are welcome to perform at the Campfire Talent Show. Our NCWSA Sponsors’ R&R is fully self-supporting. Remember that registration pays for expenses and includes 2 nights of accommodations and 4 meals.
- Pre-Registration: $250 (postmarked or completed on or before Sunday August 16, 2026.).
- Late Registration: $270 (until Tuesday September 1, 2026)
