Al-Anon Contra Costa - Central and Eastern

We have hope to share for family and friends of alcoholics in Contra Costa County, CA

Options for Training to be involved in Alateen

August 25, 2026 By webmaster

Alateen cannot meet without Al-Anon Members Involved in Alateen Service (AMIASes).

To be certified, one must get B-17 training, which can be given within a District (flyer here), on Zoom from the Area Alateen Process Person (annually early in the year), or at the Sponsors R&R, an annual event held in Occidental (flyer here in English and here in Spanish).

One also needs fingerprinting and an application filed with your District Alateen Process Person.  Contact our District Representative for the process.
