The Northern California World Service Assembly (NCWSA) is the largest group conscience for Northern California Al-Anon Family Groups. Representatives from groups and districts come together twice a year to make decisions on behalf of our fellowship. The Northern California World Service Committee (NCWSC) is made up of Area officers, delegate, coordinators, liaisons, and district representatives. NCWSC meets three times a year.

District 14 is planning a “Good Morning Al-Anon Event” for Saturday March 16, 2024.  The event will be held at Hillcrest Congregation Church in Pleasant Hill.
