Elections for the current Panel are held every month at the District 14 Business Meetings. We still have open positions for the current panel, which are shown below. The current panel ends 12/31/2026.
Rotation of Service is an important Concept in Al-Anon, as our organization does not run itself but rather requires members to step up to service. Many of these positions can be performed primarily remotely. All that is required for you to be elected is for you to come to the next District 14 Business Meeting (either in person or on Zoom) and stand for the position. That is, give a brief description of who you are and provide a little background on your qualifications and willingness to serve. The Group Representatives at the meeting will then take a vote.
District 14 Business Meetings are held every month on the first Wednesday. The meetings are Hybrid so you can attend in-person or remotely. Here is a link to the meeting information.
If you are interested, you can check out the guidelines below for each position.
Some of the position guidelines have been revised; check below rather than the general guidelines above:
- Alternate District Representative (revised 2015)
- Treasurer Guidelines (approved October 2019)
- Assistant Treasurer Guidelines (approved October 2019)
- Newsletter Coordinator
If you have any questions, please send an email to our District Representative using this link.
