Good Morning Al-Anon 2024

District 14 is hosting a “Good Morning Al-Anon” event.  Good Morning Al-Anon is an opportunity for the community to come together for a morning of recovery.

• When: Saturday March 16, 2024; Doors open at 8:00 am, Session 1 starts at 9:00 am
• Where: Hillcrest Congregational Church, 404 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill
• Sessions:
  • Session 1: Feel Like You Have Been Through the Spin Cycle?
    Even as our journeys have changed, continue to change, and the future is unknown,
    how do we nurture, seek and explore the joy of living in the present?
  • Session 2: Metamorphosis…
    Grieve and honor what was my past and let go. Embrace and take joyful flight with my
    Higher Power and the Al-Anon Community.
  • Session 3: What Helps Me with My Serenity?
    Using the Tools in my Toolbox, such as: Humor, Get Up and Move, Recreation &
    Hobbies, Gratitude List, etc.
• Coffee, Tea, Water and Granola/Protein Bar available.
• Suggested minimum donation $5.00
