How you can help
Al-Anon Family Groups, which include Alateen, has been in existence for over 60 years as a community resource providing support to those affected by someone else’s drinking. Today, there are more than 26,000 Al-Anon and Alateen groups meeting in 115 countries. Our meetings are anonymous and confidential. There are no dues or fees for membership.
The 2018 Membership Survey results show that more than 1 in 4 members first heard about Al-Anon from professionals such as counselors, therapists and social workers. Al-Anon and Alateen meetings are compatible with all types of counseling and medical treatment.
